Héctor Martín started his career in education as a Spanish language teacher in several private institutions and universities (the University of Sevilla, University of North Carolina, etc.). After teaching for some years, he moved back to Spain and taught Spanish at LETS Education, where he was asked to transition into a teacher trainer position. Later, he became the Director of Studies and Head of Teacher Training for this company, before moving onto the Academic Dean position at Geneva Business School Madrid Campus. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) at Geneva Business School, with a focus on the importance of foreign languages in the decision-making of startups. Hector is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Geneva Business School. Hector is the Academic Dean and Madrid Campus Director.
